At first believed to be the base of all matter in existence, the classical/Western elements have become a representation of the different energies in our world. We are ultimately made of energy and are interconnected to and within ALL of Creation. The elements are energetic tools that we can use to strengthen our own essence from within,

Tapping into the energies of the elements can help us find both exploration and balance in our lives. We tend to have a dominant energy and tapping into the others can help us grow! For example I have a lot of fire and earth and when I spend time in water I feel much more in balance and in harmony with All that is.

The elements can also be a way to connect with the energies of nature, especially when we live in areas that aren’t surrounded by nature itself.

In the end, the goal is to be able to tap into the energy of each element by calling in the frequency of element we wish to incorporate. It is ultimately the FREQUENCY of the Element that is what we need.
